Terms of Service

1. Agreement

LearnWise Pro ("LearnWise", "we", "our", "us") is provided by SmartFaith Innovation. By starting a free trial, subscribing, or using LearnWise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

LearnWise is an online exam-simulation and study tool. You can load your own question files, take timed practice exams, review your answers, and track results. Parents can create Student / Child profiles and manage Test Mode for them.

3. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, including activity by Student / Child profiles you create.
  • Please give us an accurate email address so we can send your login details and account notices.

4. Free Trial

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start. If you have not added a payment method by the end of the trial, your subscription ends automatically and you are not charged. If you add a payment method, your paid subscription begins when the trial ends.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • LearnWise Pro costs US $19 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • We may change the price in the future. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause your access until payment is completed.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using Manage Billing inside the app, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

7. Your Content and Study Data

  • You keep ownership of the question files and other content you load into LearnWise.
  • You are responsible for having the right to use any content you load, including exam questions taken from books or other sources.
  • Study data (profiles, exams, answers, and history) is stored in your own browser on your device, not on our servers. We cannot restore it if it is lost, so please use Export Profiles ZIP to keep backups.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with people outside your household, or resell access to LearnWise
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the LearnWise software
  • Use LearnWise to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights
  • Try to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

9. Results Are Not Guaranteed

LearnWise is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or certification, and practice scores may not match real exam results.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep LearnWise available and working well, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". There may be occasional interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SmartFaith Innovation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost study data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use LearnWise after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ghana, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
